Join the Best Boot Camp in Austin, as voted by Austin Fit Magazine & Austin Monthly, for our monthly UTB free workout! It will be a morning consisting of a partner/team workout using Dynamax med balls, body weight movements, and running. All fitness levels are encouraged and everyone is welcomed!
