EVENT 2-  Teeter Totter

20 minute AMRAP-

10 seated sled pulls
50 dual dumbbell thrusters
8 seated sled pulls
50 alternating dumbbell snatch
6 seated sled pulls
50 dual dumbbell thrusters
4 seated sled pulls
50 alternating dumbbell snatch
2 seated sled pulls
50 dual dumbbell thrusters

*burpees

DESCRIPTION: 10 seated sled pulls. 1 person pulls the sled and then runs the rope back to the other end for the next person to pull the sled. 50 dual dumbbell thrusters. As a team you are completing the thrusters. To earn extra points, 1 person can be completing burpees to add to the total score.

8 seated sled pulls. 50 alternating dumbbell snatch. As a team you are completing the snatches. To earn extra points, 1 person can be completing burpees to add to the total score.

6 seated sled pulls. 50 dual dumbbell thrusters. As a team you are completing the thrusters. To earn extra points, 1 person can be completing burpees to add to the total score.

4 seated sled pulls. 50 alternating dumbbell snatch. As a team you are completing the snatches. To earn extra points, 1 person can be completing burpees to add to the total score.

2 seated sled pulls. 50 dual dumbbell thrusters. As a team you are completing the thrusters. To earn extra points, 1 person can be completing burpees to add to the total score.

Weights:
Sled- 25lb plate Women, 2x25lb plate Men
Dumbbells- 25lb Women, 35lb Men

The team with the most accumulated points over the 3 workouts is crowned the winner. Every event is 20 minutes of work to accumulate points. Each workout is performed as an AMRAP (as many reps as possible).
