12 min AMRAP:
Partner 1- 50m dual front rack carry
Partner 2- 50m walking lunges
20 situps

*partner 1 does front rack carry, partner 2 is lunging along side partner 1. Once at 50m, both partners complete 20 situps and then switch

10 American swings
20 lunge pass throughs

Partner workout

3 Rounds:
Partner A: runs 400m
Partner B: AMRAP Clean and Jerks *can do dual or single *switch arms when needed
