10 dual alternating strict press (strict press as many as possible then switch to push press if needed)

TUESDAY, 2/9
Fists of Fury

100 Alternating Dual KB Lying Chest Press
100 CandleStick Leg Raises
100 Alternating Dual KB Shoulder Presses
100 Alternating Dual KB Rows

* One partner works while the other partner runs 20m down and back*

WEDNESDAY, 2/10

Tempo Bent Over Rows (coach counts)
4 Rounds: 8L/8R
Hold at top for 2 seconds. 3 seconds on the way down

THURSDAY, 2/11

5 Rounds not for time:
– 12 Kneeling Overhead Tricep Extensions (or skull crushers if weight is too heavy)
– 12 Kneeling KB Curls
– 200m Sprint

FRIDAY, 2/12

Partner 1: 400m run
Partner 2: AMRAP the following complex until partner comes back from run
10 dual KB deadlift
10 dual swings
10 dual cleans
