3 minute AMRAP:
400m run then complete as many American swings for remaining time

3 minute AMRAP:
400m run then complete as many pushups for remaining time

R1M

400m run then complete as many burpees for remaining time

TUESDAY, 11/3
Walk of Death- by Kelly Anderson

100 walking lunges
400m run from where lunges stop

3x:
10 bent over row
15 gob squats
20 single arm cleans to press

50 walking lunges

WEDNESDAY, 11/4
by Coach Kelly

Partner:
400 m run
75 dual swings
400m run
50 dual front squats
400m run
25 dual push press
400m run

(Run together, one rests while other works on dual KB work)

THURSDAY, 11/5

7 rounds:
15 situps
10 American swings
5 burpees
Sprint 50m (walk back)

(Done as fast as possible. Walk back is recovery.)

FRIDAY, 11/6
Traveling Gnome- by Coach Jeremy

12 min AMRAP:
Partner 1- 50m dual front rack carry
Partner 2- 50m walking lunges
20 situps

*partner 1 does front rack carry, partner 2 is lunging along side partner 1. Once at 50m, both partner complete 20 situps and then switch
