4 rounds:
20 American Swings
15 2-Hand Push Press
10 Goblets squats
100m run

*do not drop the bell – every time you put down the bell before completing all movements, you have 3 burpees*

Tuesday, 3/10

Death by burpees- by Coach Chelsea
Start with 5 burpees
Add 1 every min until you can’t complete all the burpees in the minute

Wednesday, 3/11

Suffocation- by Coach Chelsea
4 rounds- 2 mins to complete each round
100 m sprint
10 sprawls
10 swings
10 sit ups

Rest 90 sec between rounds

Thursday, 3/12

3 rounds:
400 m run
30 swings
30 pushups

Friday, 3/13

3 rounds:
5/5 snatch into OH lunge
10 pushups
100m sprint
