10 suitcase deadlifts

*while 1 partner is doing the complex, the other partner can rest or hold a static glute bridge hold or reverse plank

FRIDAY, 11/20

Partner workout:
75 ball slams
75 goblet squats
75 hand release pushups
75 butterfly situps
75 lunge pass throughs
75 American swings

*rep scheme is total reps for the entire team. While 1 partner is completing reps, the other partner is running 50m and then they dish off.
