A big congrats to our corporate wellness client, Statoil, who had 3 employees racing in the 3M Half Marathon this weekend. All 3 of them had incredible times, sub 1:40!

We are closing out our final week of STAMINA focus. This weeks workouts are a compilation of CrossFit Hero WODs adjusted to fit our boot camp training.
