What’s the difference between Relentless Boot Camp and CrossFit?
Relentless Boot Camp takes place in an outdoor setting and focuses on training endurance, stamina, and cardiovascular capacity, utilizing Kettlebells, intervals, couplets and triplets found in CrossFit, and traditional sports conditioning. The focus of Relentless is endurance and stamina. CrossFit, while similar, incorporates the use of gymnastics, Olympic lifting, powerlifting training functional fitness across modal domains. CrossFit classes at CrossFit Central are held indoors at our facilities in Austin. The focus of CrossFit is strength and power.
