Continuous Pain by Coach Lucy

400m Run – you have 2:30min cap. Rest of time hold plank (any plank)

4 rounds – (start group together)
:30 2H push press
:30 goblet squat

* go from one immediately into the other. 4 continuous min of work. If they drop the bell, they have burpees for the rest of that :30 set they are in.

1:00 plank

4 rounds:
:30 American swings
:30 deadlift

* same rules apply as previous couplet

400m run – 2:30 min cap, hold plank for remaining time.
