2 rounds: try to complete as much as possible unbroken:
20m single arm (R) front rack carry
10 single arm (R)  front rack squat
8  single arm (R) front rack lateral lunge  (lunge w/ right side)
6 single arm (R) push press

10 sprawls
200m run

20m single arm (L) front rack carry
10 single arm (L)  front rack squat
8 single arm (L) front rack lateral lunge (lunge w/ left side)
6 single arm (L) push press

10 sprawls
200m run

Wednesday, 11/12

Obliteration– by Coach Chelsea

100 push ups (chest to ground or chest to KB)

*5 burpees every time you break!

Thursday 11/13

Sprint 400 m
25 push ups
Rest 1 min
Sprint 400 m
25 squats
Rest 1 min
Sprint 400 m
25 situps

Friday 11/14

Stations (45 seconds at each station, 15 seconds to rotate) x4:

Gassers
squat cleans
power swings
ball slams
