P2: run 50m down and back

*perform as many floor press as possible. Once at failure, hold a plank until partner returns from run.

WEDNESDAY, 2/24

P1: med ball hamstring rolls
P2: 8-12 dual KB front squat with 3 second-count on the way down

THURSDAY, 2/25

Every 45sec x12
1st 45sec: 10 weighted step with KB held in front position RIGHT
2nd 45sec: 10 weighted step with KB held in front position LEFT
3rd 45sec: 10 perfect pushups

FRIDAY, 2/26

EMOM x10
Min 1: 15-20 dual KB deadlift
Min 2: 8 push-up burpee (instead of flopping on the ground, perform a perfect pushup at the bottom of the burpee)
