10/10 clusters
10 American swings
20 KB lunge pass through

Thursday, 3/5

Partner workout – by Coach Lucy

3 rounds: (total reps)
50 Squat – static squat
50 pushups – plank position
50 alternating situps

– while one person is squatting, the other sits in a static squat
– while one person is doing pushups, the other is in a plank
– both do situps in a teeter totter

Friday 3/6

20 mins to complete:
12 rounds:
12 single arm squat cleans
12 floor press
Max Effort swings when you finish the 12 rounds
odd rounds on right side, even rounds on left side
