About the Boot Camp Program
Relentless Boot Camp is designed to jump start your fitness training in a dynamic, outdoor setting. You will receive guidance on proper nutrition, proper technique on body weight and kettlebell movements, and workouts that get progressively more challenging. Each month the focus is on one of the following: Stamina, Strength, or Speed. The accountability of your coaches and peers will allow you to get on track and on your way to achieving your health and fitness goals.
